When a company or any of its representative (COMPANY) purchases a study or a service or engages in any transaction with Information Trends (IT), the COMPANY agrees that it is legally bound by the terms and conditions listed herein.

Confidentiality

The COMPANY is required to keep fully confidential any information IT shares with it.

The COMPANY is required to keep fully confidential any information it is given access to on the IT website.

The COMPANY will be liable for damages if it misuses IT’s name, data, or any confidential information that is shared with it, or that it is able to access.

Privacy Policy

IT is transparent in terms of how it collects and uses the COMPANY’s data.

The data may be collected by IT through registration forms, customer-initiated chat applications, payment submission forms, phone calls, voicemails, email conversations, etc.

Company Information

The COMPANY’s information is requested by the IT website payment portal when the COMPANY chooses to place an order.

The information, such as name of the person, email address, phone number, company name, and credit card information, allows IT to process and fulfill the COMPANY’s order.

The COMPANY’s information is kept fully confidential and is not shared with any third party without the COMPANY’s express consent and approval.

Order Fulfillment

IT requires all payments be made in advance of the fulfillment of the orders.

IT may fulfill the orders for its studies through email or any other practical means at its discretion.

Credit Card Information

When the COMPANY orders Information Trends’ studies or services, it is required to provide its credit card information for the processing of the order.

IT may retain the COMPANY’s credit card information securely for the COMPANY’s future purchases.

Purchase of IT Services

The price of a study or service is the price at the particular date and time when the COMPANY’s order is fulfilled.

IT has the right to change the pricing of any of its studies or services at any time.

Refund policy

Since IT offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods and services, it does do not provide refunds after the product has been purchased and paid for.

Subscription Research Services

Information Trends’ Subscription Research Services are annual services. If the COMPANY signs up for a service, it is given one month to cancel the service. If the COMPANY chooses to cancel the service within this period, the credit card will not be charged. Unless the service is canceled prior to the end of the one-month period, the credit card of the COMPANY will automatically be charged.

Global Hydrogen Station Database

IT offers a one-month free trial on its Global Hydrogen Station Database subscription service. This is an annual service, but the payment may be made monthly or annually. The subscription allows buyers unlimited access to the database. When signing up for the service, the buyer is required to provide credit card information for the processing of the order. Unless the buyer cancels the subscription within the trial period, the credit card will be charged at the end of the trial period.

Cancellation of Service

The COMPANY has the option of canceling any of the services at any time. In case of cancellation of a service, the COMPANY’s credit card will not be charged on the next scheduled payment date. However, any payment already made for the service will not be refunded.

Analyst Research Time

Once the COMPANY submits a research request, IT tries to respond within 24 hours to acknowledge the COMPANY’s request. In most cases, IT expects to address the COMPANY’s research request within 48 hours. If the request requires more involved research, it can take longer. All requests have to be sent by email.

Newsletters and Alerts

IT may send out newsletters and alerts about its services. The COMPANY has the option to unsubscribe from these newsletters and alerts at any time.

Binding Contract
